Is your menu gluten free?
We offer a variety of gluten-free options on our menu. However, not all items are gluten-free, so please check the product descriptions or ask our staff for guidance. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles gluten-containing ingredients, so we cannot guarantee 100% gluten-free conditions.
Can I click and collect my order?
Yes, we offer a click-and-collect service. This can be done through our website or app (App Store, Play Store). You can then select the date and time you wish to collect this order, to ensure your meal will be fresh and ready for you to collect.
Do you deliver?
Currently, we do not offer delivery services. However, you can use our convenient click-and-collect service to pick up your order.
What other ways can I order my food?
Aside from ordering directly with a team member at the counter, you can place your order using our self-service kiosk machine. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer delivery.
Where do you source your fish?
We are committed to offering high-quality, sustainably sourced fish. Our MSC-certified cod and haddock meet rigorous sustainability standards, supporting responsible fishing practices that protect our oceans for future generations.
Where are your chips from?
Our chips are made with the finest Tamar Fresh potatoes from trusted South West farmers, ensuring freshness and flavour in every batch. We deliver delicious, sustainable chips full of natural goodness by supporting local agriculture and reducing food miles.
Can I book a table?
Unfortunately, we do not accept table bookings as seating is limited. Our focus is more on takeaway service, but you’re welcome to enjoy your meal at our available seating on a first-come, first-served basis.
